Enrollment is considered complete upon full payment of course fees.
Online course access is granted immediately upon successful payment, unless otherwise specified.
Offline courses require prior booking and are subject to availability.
Course materials are provided for educational purposes only and do not constitute investment advice.

3. Payment & Pricing
All payments must be made in full and upfront before accessing any course.
We accept multiple payment methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI, and bank transfers.
Pricing for courses is subject to change at FeroviaFX’s discretion. Any price adjustments do not affect previously purchased courses.

Discounts and promotions may be offered for a limited time but cannot be combined unless explicitly mentioned.

4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, materials, and course structures are intellectual property of FeroviaFX.
Students are not allowed to share, resell, or distribute course materials without prior written consent.
Unauthorized reproduction, duplication, or distribution of course content may result in legal action.

FeroviaFX is not responsible for any trading losses incurred by students.

6. Code of Conduct
Students must maintain professional behavior in online and offline classes.
Any abuse, harassment, spamming, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate termination of access without a refund.
Fraudulent activities, such as account sharing, will lead to account suspension.

7. Course Completion & Certification
Upon successful completion of a course, students may receive a certificate of completion.
Certificates are issued digitally and are not accredited by any government body.

8. Amendments to Terms
FeroviaFX reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on our website.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
